I added a place but the map is gray or partially gray. Why?
This can happen because of a poor internet connection. Once the internet access is available again you can reload the map as follows:
1) Select the place with the gray map.
2) Tap on "Edit".
3) Wait for the map to load completely.
4) Tap on "Done".
How do I import the places from the Lite version of MyPlaces to the full version?
Unfortunately at the moment it isn't possible to automatically transfer all the data from the Lite to the Full version of MyPlaces, but you can transfer each place individually following these steps:
1) In the Lite version of MyPlaces select the place you want to move.
2) Tap on the share button (bottom right under the map).
3) Select "Copy coordinates".
4) In the Full version of MyPlaces add a new place and then tap on the gear button (bottom right under the map).
5) Paste the coordinates in the search bar (at the top) and then tap on the "Search" blue button.
6) Tap on "Done" to save the place.
